Here at The Country French Collection, there is nothing more important to us than making sure our customers are satisfied. If you order a product and it arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can schedule FedEx to pick it up and get another one out to you quickly. If you find you are simply not satisfied with a product for any reason, return the unused item to us at the address below within 10 days of purchase for a full refund, exchange or credit (less our initial shipping expenses). For your own protection, please insure the item for its value. The return shipping is not refundable.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping and handling for Mauviel copper cookware products is free of charge. Shipping and handling fees on all other items is noted. International orders outside the continental United States will be advised of specific shipping charges/conditions based on your location.

Most orders ship within two days of their receipt. If items are backordered, we will contact you with the anticipated ship date.

In most cases, we ship via Federal Express. We also use the U.S. Postal Service when appropriate.
